International industrial design studio
Global design expertise, adapted to each local manufacturing reality
We are designers from different countries working as one international studio. We develop physical and digital solutions through shared design criteria and manufacturing strategies adapted to each client’s local context.
Global Design. Local Manufacturing.

Welcome to Órbita:
International design studio
At Órbita, we connect designers in different countries with specialists across disciplines to create integrated solutions. Our approach combines global design criteria with project management and manufacturing close to each client.
Our team brings together different cultures, markets and design disciplines. This diversity lets us evaluate each project from multiple perspectives and compare alternatives before selecting a direction.
We coordinate design internationally while adapting manufacturing to the selected local context. Depending on the project and supplier network, this approach can help evaluate coordination, logistics and quality criteria before production.
Core team

Maria Lopez
Based in Arrecifes, Maria Lucia combines 3D design and product concept development with hands-on experience in CNC manufacturing. Her work integrates project coordination, global design and production.

Karina Cuevas
Based in Mexico City, Karina contributes strategic thinking and UX/UI expertise. She integrates disciplines to create coherent physical and digital solutions that connect global design with local needs.

Lucas Daniele
Based in La Plata, Lucas specializes in the end-to-end management of product design and development projects, coordinating teams, suppliers and production processes so ideas can be evaluated technically and productively.

Guillermo Ronda
Based in Malaga, Guillermo brings experience in product development and object conceptualization. He combines technical knowledge with craft practice to transform ideas into clear, coherent and distinctive designs.

How our international studio operates
Órbita combines industrial designers, technical specialists and manufacturing partners in Argentina, Spain and Mexico. The team is selected according to the product, market, process and stage of development rather than applying the same structure to every brief.
One coordinated project
A central project direction maintains requirements, responsibilities, versions and decisions. This helps clients, designers and suppliers work from consistent information while local specialists contribute knowledge of materials, regulations and production capabilities.
Services across the product journey
We can support feasibility studies, product requirements, concept alternatives, industrial design, prototyping, testing, design for manufacturing, quotation documentation and coordination with local suppliers. Each scope states what is included and what remains the responsibility of the client or manufacturer.
Global perspective, local constraints
International collaboration is used to compare contexts, not to impose a universal solution. Product definition is adjusted to users, available processes, quantities, logistics and the market where production or launch will occur.
Deliverables and decision records
Deliverables may include research summaries, requirement lists, comparison matrices, 3D models, drawings, prototype records, bills of materials and production criteria. Their depth depends on the selected process and on what the next project participant needs to decide or execute.
International studio FAQ
Can Órbita work with an existing manufacturer?
Yes. We can adapt documentation and coordination to a supplier already selected by the client.
Do you manufacture every project directly?
No. Manufacturing is coordinated through suitable local partners when it forms part of the agreed scope.
Can the same product be adapted to different countries?
It can be evaluated for different markets, but materials, regulations, suppliers and logistics may require specific versions.
